Registration and use of Keju4D is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years and above. We enforce age verification through KYC documentation at withdrawal stage.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on Keju4D. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited pending review.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus terms are clearly stated on each promotion page and must be read before opting in.
All financial transactions must be conducted through verified Malaysian payment methods. We do not accept third-party deposits or payments on behalf of another person.

To register and maintain an active account on Keju4D, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
4.1 To register an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted via your Account is your sole responsibility.
4.3 You must notify Keju4D immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Keju4D will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access where the Member has failed to report it promptly.
4.4 All information provided during registration must be truthful. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
4.5 Keju4D reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for doing so.
5.1 Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Keju4D requires all Members to complete KYC identity verification. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement applied across licensed gambling platforms globally.

5.3 Keju4D may request KYC documentation at any point during a Member's account lifecycle, not only at the first withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal processing being suspended.
5.4 All submitted KYC documents are processed securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and anti-fraud purposes.
6.1 Keju4D accepts deposits via the following verified Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, RHB Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Accepted payment methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.
6.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Keju4D does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person, nor does it accept deposits from anonymous or unverified payment sources.
6.3 The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified on the Cashier page. There is no maximum deposit limit, however Keju4D may apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large or unusual deposit patterns.
6.4 Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance in real time following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Keju4D is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network issues.
6.5 Deposits are used exclusively for gambling purposes on the Keju4D Platform. By depositing, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.
7.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. If the original deposit method is unavailable, Keju4D will process withdrawals via an alternative verified Malaysian payment channel.
7.2 Estimated processing times are as follows, though these are guides and not guarantees:
7.3 Keju4D reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal for the purpose of conducting identity verification, fraud investigation, or anti-money laundering checks. Members will be notified of any such delay.
7.4 The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
7.5 Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal of the associated funds can be approved. Real-money balances unattached to active bonuses may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC clearance.
8.1 Keju4D offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read before opting in.
8.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotion page.
8.3 Bonus funds may only be used on qualifying games as specified in the promotion terms. Certain game categories (e.g., live casino tables) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements — this will be stated in each promotion's terms.
8.4 Keju4D reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled before completion, any unrealised bonus funds will be removed from accounts; only real-money portions of any balance will be affected by standard terms.
8.5 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotions — is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
8.6 Birthday bonuses are available to verified Members in accordance with the tier-based structure described in the Loyalty Programme section of the Platform. Bonus amounts are illustrative of the programme structure and are subject to change.
8.7 Referral bonuses (currently MYR 38 per qualifying successful referral) are credited following confirmation that the referred player has completed registration and made a qualifying deposit. Referral figures are indicative and subject to the referral programme's current terms.
9.1 All bets placed on the Keju4D Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game type. These rules are available within the relevant betting section of the Platform.
9.2 Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed — indicated by a bet reference number being issued — it may not be cancelled or amended by the Member. Keju4D reserves the right to void bets placed in error, at odds significantly divergent from the true market, or where a technical error has occurred.
9.3 Keju4D offers in-play (live) betting on selected events including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, NBA, and other competitions. In-play bet acceptance is subject to real-time odds availability and may be suspended at any time during an event at our sole discretion.
9.4 Mix Parlay and accumulator bets are governed by their respective product rules. Where a single selection in a parlay is voided, the parlay will be recalculated excluding that selection. The remaining selections remain valid.
9.5 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. Limits are subject to change and are displayed during the bet placement process.
9.6 Winnings from sports bets are credited to the Member's real-money balance immediately upon settlement of the relevant event. Casino game winnings are credited upon completion of each game round.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Keju4D Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:
11.1 All content on the Keju4D Platform — including but not limited to the logo, trademarks, brand name, software, game content, graphics, text, and data — is the intellectual property of Keju4D or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms.
11.3 No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, published, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of Keju4D. Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Keju4D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including lost profits, lost data, or personal injury.
12.2 Keju4D's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Keju4D does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. Keju4D will endeavour to minimise disruption but accepts no liability for losses arising from service downtime.
12.4 Gambling carries inherent financial risk. Keju4D accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through gambling on the Platform. All decisions to place bets are made freely by the Member at their sole risk.
13.1 Keju4D reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has breached any provision of these Terms.
13.2 On termination of an Account, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of any applicable bonus funds or outstanding obligations will be returned to the Member via their last verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and any outstanding investigation.
13.3 Members may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team. Accounts subject to active investigations may not be closed until such investigations are resolved.
13.4 Members who wish to self-exclude for responsible gambling reasons may do so permanently or temporarily via the Responsible Gambling tools available in their Account settings. Self-excluded Members must not attempt to open new accounts during their exclusion period.

15.1 The collection, processing, and storage of personal data provided by Members is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
15.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of data for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes.
15.3 Keju4D employs SSL encryption and industry-standard data security practices to protect Member information. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
16.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Keju4D holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.
16.2 In the event of a dispute between a Member and Keju4D, the Member should first contact our support team in writing (via the official support email) to attempt resolution informally. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the matter may be escalated to formal dispute resolution procedures.
16.3 Keju4D makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available for use in any particular jurisdiction, including Malaysia. Use of the Platform from jurisdictions where such activity is unlawful is done entirely at the Member's own risk and legal responsibility.
17.1 Keju4D reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify Members via the email address registered to their Account or via a notice displayed upon login.
17.2 The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
17.3 Continued use of the Platform following publication of an updated version of these Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
